Agreement to terms
These terms of service (“Terms”) govern your use of the pamprr platform and services. By accessing or using pamprr, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
About pamprr
pamprr (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates a booking platform that connects customers with beauty and wellness businesses. We provide booking tools, payment processing, and business management services.
Who can use pamprr
Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to create a business account
- You must be at least 13 years old to create a customer account
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
Business users
To operate a business account on pamprr, you must:
- Hold appropriate qualifications and insurance for the services you offer
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Have the legal right to provide services in your stated location
- Maintain professional standards in all customer interactions
Your account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must keep your contact and business information up to date
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any security breaches or unauthorised access
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use pamprr for any unlawful purpose
- Harass, abuse, or cause harm to other users
- Post false, misleading, or inappropriate content
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
- Use automated tools to access or scrape our platform
- Interfere with the proper functioning of pamprr
Business subscriptions
Fees
- Business accounts require a monthly subscription fee as displayed at sign-up
- Fees are billed monthly in advance and processed via Stripe
- Prices may change with at least 30 days written notice
- Promotional pricing may have specific terms and duration
Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- We do not provide refunds for partial months of service
- Accounts in breach of these Terms may be suspended without refund
Bookings and payments
Booking contract
When a customer makes a booking through pamprr, they enter into a direct contract with the business providing the service. pamprr facilitates the booking but is not a party to the service contract between customer and business.
Payment processing
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe
- Where online payment is used, processing fees may apply
- Businesses receive payments directly, minus any applicable processing fees
- Refunds and payment disputes are managed between the customer and business
Cancellations and no-shows
- Cancellation policies are set by individual businesses
- Customers should review the cancellation terms before confirming a booking
- pamprr may facilitate communications but does not enforce cancellation policies
Content and intellectual property
Your content
- You retain ownership of content you post, including descriptions and images
- You grant us a licence to use your content to provide and promote our services
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you post
- We may remove content that violates these Terms
Our intellectual property
- The pamprr name, logo, and platform features are our intellectual property
- You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written permission
- These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property
Reviews
- Reviews must be honest, fair, and based on genuine experience
- Businesses may respond to reviews through the platform
- We reserve the right to moderate or remove reviews that breach our guidelines
- Fraudulent or malicious reviews may result in account suspension
Liability and disclaimers
Service disclaimer
pamprr is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that our service will meet your specific requirements or be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, pamprr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
Our total liability for all claims shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
Business liability
Businesses listed on pamprr are solely responsible for their services, customer interactions, and compliance with applicable laws. pamprr is not liable for the quality, safety, or delivery of services provided by businesses.
Termination
By you
- You may close your account at any time
- Active subscriptions will continue until the end of the current billing period
- You may request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements
By us
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
- We may discontinue the service with at least 30 days notice
- We may terminate access immediately for serious violations or legal requirements
Dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. We encourage resolving disputes through discussion before taking formal proceedings.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through a notice on our platform. Your continued use of pamprr after changes take effect indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
