About

A booking platform for the people who do this work for a living.

Why pamprr exists

We started pamprr after spending a year talking to hairdressers, therapists, nail artists and facialists across the UK. The platforms they were using all worked broadly the same way: take a percentage of every booking, render the practitioner anonymous in the customer’s memory, and offer software that was designed for restaurants or hotels and bent into shape afterwards.

They deserved better. So did the people booking them. We wanted a platform that didn’t treat a beauty appointment like a commodity transaction — because it isn’t one. Going to a person whose hands you trust is a small, recurring act of faith. That deserves a tool built around the relationship, not around the cut.

Hands at work — restraint and care.
Beauty isn’t a transaction. It’s an hour set aside for yourself, with someone whose hands you trust.

What we believe

The practitioner is the product.

Every studio on pamprr is run by someone who chose this craft. We build their profile, their portfolio, their reviews — not ours. Discovery flows toward the practitioner, not away from them.

Subscription, not commission.

Studios pay a flat monthly fee to be on pamprr. We don’t take a cut of bookings. If a regular customer rebooks a regular practitioner for the tenth time, we don’t feel entitled to a slice. It’s their relationship.

Restraint over noise.

Beauty marketplaces tend to look the same: bright pinks, stock smiles, exclamation marks. We took the long way round. Quiet typography. Editorial photography. Real practitioners, real studios, real bookings.

Made in the UK, with care, for people who already work with care.
